Hot nutritious meals are provided free of charge Monday-Friday at Noon
Food is provided through a grant from the North Texas Food Bank
FOOD PANTRY
Located at Laura Jenkins Elementary school's west entrance at
315 E Ave E.
Food pantry assistance is available once per week for those low income families who apply and meet the North
Texas Food Banks criteria for services.
MEALS ON WHEELS
Upon completion of a personalized assessment, home delivered hot meals are available 5 days
per week with frozen weekend and holiday meals available by request.
Seniors who would like to receive meals need to contact 972-351-9943.
Meals are picked up from our center and take approximately 45 minutes to deliver. It makes a seniors lunch experience a pleasant one with your
smile.
Transportation can be arranged to Dr's office visits by Community Transit through the Meals on Wheels office at
972-351-9943
